All HiFi Electronics products are thoroughly tested before they are shipped out. Products that are purchased are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.
Should the product fail due to factory defect in material or workmanship, your unit will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of HiFi Electronics.
To obtain warranty service, please send in the defective product along with the following items:
- A copy of your sales receipt or proof of purchase.
- A brief letter indicating the problem you are experienced with the product.
- Include in your letter your return address and daytime phone number.
- Also, include a check or money order (see fee schedule below) for return shipping, handling, and insurance.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY EXPENSES THAT OCCUR FROM THE REMOVAL AND RE-INSTALLATION OF THIS PRODUCT.
